Promotion Overview:
KiwiLabs Pickleball is giving away a Lifetime Supply of Pickleball Paddles! One lucky winner will be chosen to receive a new paddle every six months for life, valued up to the price of their original purchase.
How to Enter:
• Purchase any KiwiLabs Pickleball paddle during November or December to qualify.
• Alternatively, mail in your entry as described below to enter without a purchase.
• Only one entry per household will be counted.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a legal resident of the United States and at least 18 years of age to enter.
• Employees of KiwiLabs Pickleball and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Prize Details:
• Lifetime Supply of Paddles: The winner will receive one new paddle every six months, with a value equivalent to the price of the paddle they originally purchased or entered with.
• For example, if the qualifying paddle purchase or entry paddle value was $150, the winner will receive a paddle worth up to $150 every six months.
• Shipping Costs: The winner will be responsible for covering shipping on each new paddle. KiwiLabs will cover the product cost only.
Claiming the Prize:
• The winner will be provided a unique promo code that offers 100% off a new paddle (up to the value of their original paddle purchase or entry paddle) every six months.
• Shipping costs will apply at checkout when redeeming each paddle.
Winner Selection and Notification:
• One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries in January.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase or entry. The winner must respond within 14 days of notification or another winner may be chosen.
Privacy Notice:
By entering, participants agree to KiwiLabs Pickleball’s collection and use of personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion. KiwiLabs will not sell or distribute personal information to third parties.
