At KiwiLabs Pickleball, we are committed to providing high-quality pickleball paddles and exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty and return policy for all of our products.

 

21-Day Better Dinks Guaranteed

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your paddle. That’s why we offer our Better Dinks Guaranteed policy, which gives you a 21-day (3-week) fully refundable trial period on all paddle purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your paddle, simply contact us within 21 days of receiving your order for a full refund (minus shipping costs). This allows you to try our paddles risk-free and ensure they meet your needs.

 

Shipping Notice:

 

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy. However, please note that shipping costs associated with returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only cover the purchase price of the product; shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Warranty Policy:

 

All paddles come with a 5-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY:

 

This warranty covers manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship for KiwiLabs Pickleball paddles.

 

If any part or component of the product is found to be defective during the Limited Warranty period, KiwiLabs Pickleball will, at its discretion:

 

Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or one of equivalent value).

 

If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailer’s return/exchange policy before contacting KiwiLabs Pickleball customer service.

 

KiwiLabs Pickleball’s obligation to replace or exchange the product shall not exceed the original purchase price. We are not liable for loss of use of the product or other incidental costs or damages incurred by the customer.

 

To take advantage of our warranty policy, simply register your paddle on our website. This registration is required for your product to be covered. In the unlikely event you experience defects, you can file a warranty claim through our website.

 

NOTE: Purchases made directly through our website are automatically registered at the time of delivery. You can submit warranty claims with your order number.

 

NOT COVERED:

 

While we always want to help, the following are not covered under our warranty:

 

Normal wear and tear, abuse, or negligence.

Modifications made to the paddle after purchase.

Fading of graphics or excessive damage to the edge guard.

Damage from hitting other objects (such as the ground or other paddles).

Non-original purchasers or paddles purchased from unauthorized dealers (e.g., Facebook groups, Craigslist).
