At KiwiLabs Pickleball, we are committed to providing high-quality pickleball paddles and exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy for all of our products.

7-Day Trial Period

At KiwiLabs Pickleball, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 7-day fully refundable trial period on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a full product refund. This gives you the opportunity to try out our products and make sure they meet your needs and expectations.

Shipping Notice:

We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy. However, please note that all shipping costs associated with returns and replacements are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be issued for the amount of the items purchased and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our shipping and return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Warranty Policy:

All paddles have a 5 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY:

This warranty covers all manufacturer defects, missing parts, and workmanship for Kiwi Labs Pickleball paddles.

If during the Limited Warranty period, any part or component of the product is found to be defective, Kiwi Labs Pickleball will, at their own discretion:

  • Replace the defective part or product with a new part or product (either the same model or of equivalent value).
  • If purchased from an authorized retailer, please follow the retailer's return/exchange policy prior to reaching out to Kiwi Labs Pickleball customer service.
  • Kiwi Labs Pickleball's obligation to replace or exchange the part or product shall not exceed the amount of the original purchase price of the product. Kiwi Labs Pickleball is not liable for loss of use of the product or other consequential or incidental costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer.

To take advantage of our warranty policy, simply register your paddle on our website. This registration is required to have your product covered by our warranty. In the unlikely event that you experience any defects with your paddle, you can file a warranty claim through our website.

NOTE: Purchases through the website are automatically registered at time of delivery. You will be able to submit warranty claims with your order number. 

NOT COVERED:

Note: If any of the below occurs, please still never hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do to take care of you.

- Normal wear and tear, abuse and negligence.
- Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing.
- Fading of graphics. Excessive damage to edge guard.
- Hitting other objects (other than the pickleball) such as the ground or other paddles (this can weaken the paddle or loosen the trim).
- Not being the original purchaser. Buying from a non-authorized KiwiLabs Pickleball dealer (Facebook groups, Craigslist, etc.).
